Welcome. Currently I manage the computers for the Department of Mathematics on (mainly) the sixth floor of the Bahen Centre for Information Technology and I teach a class each semester.
I usually teach MAT135 and MAT136 (Calculus I) during the year.
Besides asking questions during the lectures and in tutorials you can also get help in Sidney Smith 1071, the Mathematics Aid Centre. The latest Quiz (this link may not yet be active yet) information is given in class as well as being available online.
I have an office hour which is scheduled at times that change each week and which is announced in class. My fixed office hour is Tuesday from 4:30pm to 5:30pm (you need to arrive before 5pm in order to get into the main departmental office to get to my office).
If you wish to send me email you should avoid sending attachments and also be sure to send your email from a reputable SMTP server. The volume of spam that is transmitted these days has required that I implement aggresive filtering. If the email concerns a class that I teach then the course number (for example, MAT135 or MAT136) should appear in the Subject line of the message. Course administrative questions are normally dealt with as described in class (and for MAT135 and MAT136, as described on the course website), and problem solutions are not normally provided by email since interaction is important to the learning process.
