TITLE:    Macro-Mirco Models in Viscoelastic Materials
         

ABSTRACT:  A unified energetic variational 
   	   framework will be presented for "elastic" complex fluids. 
	   It highlights the competition of the kinetic energy 
	   and the elastic energies, through the transport of 
	   the internal elastic variables. 
	   In particular, we will focus on the
	   multiscale coupling effects in these materials.
