SPEAKER: Mohammed Reza Pakzad, Max-Planck-Institut, Leipzig. 

TITLE:   Sobolev isometric immersions between Riemannian manifolds

ABSTRACT: We will study isometric immersions with Sobolev type regularity
	  between Riemannian manifolds. The motivations are multifold, from
	  classical differential geometry to calculus of variations and elasticity
	  theory. Some results concerning regularity and rigidity of this type
	  of mappings are discussed and some related open problems are put forward.
