TITLE:    The Spectral Function at a Maximum of the Potential

ABSTRACT:  We study the structure of the spectral function for 
	   semi-classical Schrodinger operators at an energy 
	   which is a non-degenerate maximum of the potential.  
	   We prove that the spectral function at this energy is 
	   a semi-classical Fourier integral operator and give an 
	   asymptotic expansion.
