Title: Simple problems in quantum mechanics

Abstract:
I will discuss the quantum mechanics of a charge particle
of spin 1/2 in an external electromagnetic field.  I will
start by deriving the Bloch spin resonance phenomenon,
then discuss Landau quantization, and finally show how
one can measure the magnetic moment of such a particle.
