• ROSI = Repository of Student Information is a main system.
• ACORN = Accessible Campus Online Resource Network is a student's frontend of ROSI.

Instructors cannot access ROSI or ACORN. College and Faculty Registrars and Department Undergraduate Administrators can access ROSI and make changes.

We deal here with

• Quercus which is UofT name for Canvas

Changes done on Quercus do not affect ROSI.

On the other hand, when changes are done on ROSI (either by students using ACORN, or by Administration directly) they are pushed to Quercus. However, it is not instant: usually it happens once a day about 3 a.m. but usually Saturday to Sunday and some other nights are skipped. Also, some nights are skipped due to  technical problems.
