Course outline:
An introduction to equivariant cohomology, with emphasis on
equivariant de Rham theory.
The following topics will be covered:
- Actions of Lie groups and Lie algebras,
- Orbit type decompositions,
- Classifying bundles,
- Equivariant cohomology,
- Localization formulas.
