There will be weekly homework assignments, posted on or before Wednesdays on the course homepage. Students are expected to work on all problems, but only one problem will be graded. The due date for each assignment is Wednesday of the following week. No late assignments will be accepted. Due dates: #1 Jan 30, #2 Feb 6, #3 Feb 13, #4 March 6, #5 March 13, #6 March 20, #7 March 27, #8 April 10.

Marking Scheme
The course mark will be determined from 8 assignments (70%) and two term tests (30%).
Term Tests: Wednesday February 27, Wednesday April 3 during class time. The test will start precisely at 1:10 and finish at 2:00. No extra time for those arriving late.
