Abstract:I will describe the integral equivariant cohomology ring of a weighted projective space in terms of piecewise polynomials, and also by generators and relations. As applications, I will deduce that this ring is a perfect invariant, and I will present a Chern class formula for weighted projective bundles. This is joint work with Tony Bahri and Nigel Ray.
