will have extra office hours on Wednesday, October 22, 3-4pm.
- Term Test 1 will take place
on October 22, 2009, 4-6pm in MC 254. It will cover all the
material covered in lectures and the homeworks and the following
sections from the book
- Chapter 1: §1, 3, 5
- Chapter 2: § 6-8
- There will
be no
homework due the week of the test but to help you prepare for the
test I recommend
doing the following problems from the book: Chapter 2 §7: #1-3,
§8: #1-4
